    1. Do your products fit true to size?

      Please view our sizing chart for accurate details on size.

    2. Is Return shipping paid for by Ragz or the Customer? 

      If you'd like to return an item that you've purchased and it has not been worn or damaged, you are able to do so. However, return shipping is paid for by the customer. 

    3. Do I need to sign for my online orders?

      During this time, USPS will not be requesting signatures for deliveries at the door. Carriers will leave your order in your mailbox or by the door if it is safe to do so. When this is not possible, a notice card will be left at the address indicating the post office or place where you can pick up your order.
